Thank you for the acknowledgement. Sorry about the name. I had some contact with TWR via email earlier, and the respondent was Tony, so this is why I used it the last time. Have now sorted things out with my address list in the email folder.
I ordered the new programme last Friday here, and it arrived yesterday, Tuesday here. I know that we here in NZ are 12 hours ahead of GMT (our daylight saving has not cut in yet, but this was an incredibly fast service.
Have loaded the new programme, but have not yet had time to explore it. Many thanks

Yesterday afternoon I came accross your website for the first time, and due to the promise of a free upgrade to Version 4, ordered Family Historian v3 from you.
I was most impressed that it arrived this morning, before 12 noon, especially as it was a free delivery item (which often means items take ages to come!).
